PCM wiring, code P0717

I am restoring the truck listed above 2500 hd. I am getting p0717 ISS sensor code and from looking at wiring diagrams there should be wires from the PCM to the ISS sensor, but they are not coming out of the harness at the PCM. Looks as if they where never there? Got this from the original owner.

Hi,

There should be two wires. One wire is red/black and the other is blue and white. (See picture 1) The input shaft speed sensor is used by the PCM to determine torque converter slip speed and gear ratio information. I attached two pics below that are actually diagnostic flow charts for this code. Picture 4 shows the location of the ISS. Follow the wiring from the sensor back to the PCM.
