Parked okay a week ago. Now no dash lights/radio/wipers. Batteries both okay measure 12.5 volts with headlights on full. No noise from starter motor. No 12 volts on three terminals in terminal block on LHS just in front of battery.

Hello, have you gone through and checked every fuse with the key on? If you're missing power, that's where to start. Check all fuse blocks under the hood and under the dashboard. And let us know the results

Yes, I checked fuses. It turned out to be a corroded (small) cable on the 12V positive battery terminal hidden under the heavy starter motor cables.
Thanks for your help anyway.

Thanks. I've since discovered that what was corroded was one of the fusible links which I will now replace.
