wont crank no power to ignition dash radio lights after collision with deer

tried fuses, battery, cable, has power to dome light, odometer, my lock unlock remote works, wont turn over? have had people tell me needs rekey, i just cant figure it out. every piece that came off was bolt on grill radiator support, hood,

Check for voltage at fuse 1--30 amp. Power distribution center under the hood, should be hot all the time, use voltage tesater/testlite. That fuse supplies voltage to starter relay and ignition switch. Where applicable, I haven't checked about your security system?

I did look at your security system. After the sixth attempt at starting, the pcm will disable the starter relay untill the fault is corrected. My info shows it takes a manufacturer specific scanner to reprogram. You may need to take it to your local dealership for reprograming.

If the security system is an issue, it should set a code. To check codes yourself, at the least, you need an obd2 code reader that will check both PO and manufacturer specific codes.
