Had diagnostic run and the computer thinks that it is being stolen how do you get it fixed will not start

About the only thing you could try yourself is using a second key. Any diagnosis here is going to require a dealer level scan tool with programming capabilities.

It tries to turn over with other key the same way so it needs programmed new codes

In don't know how you could possibly come to the conclusion that the problem is just a programming issue without having anything checked. There are numerous other possibilities beyond that. Either way, it's nothing that you are going to resolve yourself.
