Wiper blades removal and installation

How do you remove and install new wiper blades? There does not seem to be a "release tab".

Here is a video of a Scion XD but this should be the same as yours. I attached the picture from the video of the clip that you may be having an issue with.

If this is not correct, can you take a picture of your new blades and I will take a look at them?
