Water leaking from passenger side floor vents

Whenever I run the air conditioner or when it rains, my passenger side floor ends up flooded with a 1/4" water.
When there's water in the vents, I can hear it sloshing around when I make turns. When I've had the AC running, it makes a squealing sound when I turn and also hear the slosh. I haven't run the AC in about a month, but it just rained, and once again, I have water in the vents and leaking to the floor board.

You are describing 2 entirely different problems. If our AC drain is plugged up you will get leakage inside the car. The drain has to be located and cleaned out for that but that has absolutely nothing to do with a rain leak. The one thing you might want to look at is the drain for the fresh air duct at the bottom of the windshield. If that gets filled up with leaves or something it will not drain and back up into the AC but even that should drain out of the AC.
