Recently we have been getting as much as 2inches of water in front passenger seat footwell after extra heavy rain, especially with high winds. The water seems to come up from the bottom. The windows are closed, no sign of water on dash or door. It seems to seep up into the area. No signs of unusual water under the hood. Had a mechanic look at it but he couldn't find anything. Any thoughts?
