I washed my car engine and from that day the car will not start. What could be the problem? I changed the plugs blew out the water that was in engine and still nothing.

Check all your fuses under hood but washing an engine can put water into the ECM which destroys it so car will not start. you might scan for codes and if no scanner they can be purchased pretty cheap allover to see if anything will come up. you might try resetting your security system that could be it as well. See link.
