1997 Volvo V90 turn signal

The left turn signal is stuck on. I removed the turn signal control off of thr steering wheel and the turn signal is still stuck on. Where should I look next?

I found the problem and I just wanted to let everyone know what it was. The two little lead connections on the bottom of the bulb where flattened out and touching each other on the front turn signal. I guess this was creating a connection between the parking lights and the turn signal.
