Can you PLEASE advise me on Location and degree of difficulty, in Locating and replacing this item. No Chassis Manual is Obtainable yet, Ownrs Manual no help, Dealer either. Am due for 15,000 mile service and Dlr. Wants $360+ Tax! Any help you can offer will be MUCHO Appreciated, and at your Convenience, Please. No Credit card, Free Question.

THE FILTER IS LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE GLOVE BOX AREA. REMOVE THE BLACK PANEL UNDERNEATH THE GLOVE BOX. PULL THE CARPET AWAY FROM THE CENTER CONSOLE AREA AND LOOK FOR THE BLACK COVER. THERE ARE 3 RELEASE CLIPS FOR THE POLLEN FILTER HOUSING. ONCE RELEASING THE CLIPS, THE DOOR OPENS AND THE FILTER IS EXPOSED. REMOVE THE FILTER AND REPLACE. ALSO, THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT FILTERS. YOU MAY NOT KNOW WHICH ONE IS NEEDED UNTIL YOU REMOVE THE EXISTING FILTER.

Note! Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.

Removal

Remove the instrument panel's lower section on the passenger side. Refer to: Instrument panel lower See: Body and Frame Interior Moulding / Trim Dashboard / Instrument Panel Service and Repair Instrument Panel Lower.
Carefully fold the carpet down to the floor.
