loud hissing scraming nosies whin car is on or runing we changed the alternator and it still has aloud nosies what caan be the proplem and the ckeck enigne is lights is on

Can you have the engine control module scanned for the codes and post them on here? The light could be related to your noise but do not know for sure that it is? If you post the code on here I could probably get an idea as to what it could be? Also do you hear the noise loaded when under load? Also do you have a turbo?
