2001 Volvo S80 takes off in fail safe
Transmission problem
2001 Volvo S80 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 193560 miles
we rebuilt the transmission. we replaced all solenoids and the trs. it takes off in low gear in the morning and then goes in to fail safe. no fire going to transmissioin.

Try having the transmission control module software upgraded if available and hav the adaptation reset. Also what kind of transmisson is it?
