1999 Volvo S80 seat belt
The driver’s side seat belt does not retreat. How do I replace it? How do I get to it to see what is wrong?

Hi molly92127,
You need to remove the pillar panel to get at the belt retractor assy. If spring is not broken, belt should be able to retract if it is not stuck due to twisting etc.
