love my '98 Volvo ... several months ago I began getting a delayed start (had to turn it over for 3-5 secs). If I turned off my car and restarted it ... it would always start immediately...everytime.
Yesterday, I'm driving thru a parking lot, she died on me. Now, if I try to start her she'll start up, but immediately dies on me. Like she's not getting enough fuel to keep running. Tank has plenty fuel.

Could this be my fuel line filter?, or maybe the relay?
I hope it's not the fuel pump.
Can you help me?

What actually happens when you try and start it? When it feels like stalling out, if you accelerate does it stay running or does it still stall out? Has the check engine light come? If it has can you get it scanned and post the codes on here?
