I HAVE AN ERROR MESSAGE ON MY CAR THAT READS GEAR SELECTION REDUCED FUNCTION.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

hi that means you have a code in the tcm one of the solenoids s1or s2 has a fault you may not notice but your transmissions is slipping check the ATF BUT THAT YEAR MAYBE SEALED UP
