1993 Volvo 940 crankshaft - vehicle emissions failure

Where is the timing mark located on the crankshaft for the 940 turbo 1993

also the vehicle fail the inspection maryland is the state
Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) failed

as you can tell I'm fixing the car myself, I replaced the timing belt and found the other two marks but on the crankshaft their are two things that could be the mark
on the belt guide.

NOX high is EGR valve not operating either diaphram failed or passage ways carboned .
