1993 runs rough and when you put on pedal stalls

Engine Performance problem
1993 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 240K miles

I changed fuel pump relay, got gas at rail, changed crank pos sensor, fires will not stay running sounds rough like its not running on all four. Before it would not start at all untill I changed the crank pos sensor. Help !

HAve you checked for spark at each cylinder?

Have spark at all but I get it to start and it seems it not running on all 4 and stalls out unless I push the gas pedal in and runs rough

IF spark is good, then check and make sure fuel pressure is in spec.

Check timing and check compression.
