1994 Volvo 850 cooling fan not runing

I change fan switch, rely thermostat kits sitle fan is not run

Turn on the a/c the fans should run with it on. If not check the fuses and if you are getting voltage to the fans themselves. If you do get voltage to the fans then check the fan itself.
