1987 Volvo 760 Repair Question

1987 Volvo 760 won't stay running
Engine Mechanical problem
1987 Volvo 760 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 21000 miles
starts ok.. idle is good but stalls or boggs down on accel.. f/p regulator replaced,plugs replaces, mass air flow disconnected and it ran worse..

get a can of starting fluid and spray it in the air intake, while you are manually opening up the throttle.
see if you can get the RPMs to come up, if it does then you know you have a fuel delivery problem.
