1989 Volvo 740 wont start

Hello, I have been working on my car in my yard for several weeks now. Brakes, exhaust etc. It was running fine. I get everything done and now it doesnt start. It is a brand new battery, turns over great but acts like it isnt getting any spark or out of gas. I did put in 5 gals just incase. Can you help with any suggestions. I have not checked for spark yet.

Yes check for spark and spray carb cleaner into intake if spark see if it fires. Was any work done to engine, fuel system?

No work other then a brake job sitting in my yard
