1989 Volvo 740 Repair Question

1989 Volvo 740
This car will not start, no spark to plugs, coil meets specs, replaced power stage, tested leads to power stage every thing cheked out accept #5 only would go to 180 ml volts which comes from the ignition ecm control. is there any rouit I can do at this point.

Hi jim
u need to check and or replace the
Ignition system impulse is located on top left bell housing at rear of engine
(crank sensor )
