For the 5th time today, i have replaced plug wires ,plugs, cap,rotor,and fuel filter. It cranks over but will not start.

Check the Coil and the Ignition Control Unit/Module Under left side of dash, above steering column

FIRST THING TO DO IS TO MAKE SURE BOTH THE FUEL INJECTION RELAY AND RADIO SUPPRESSION HAVE BEEN REPLACED. IF THEY HAVE NOT, I WOULD SPEND THE MONEY ON THAT FIRST(FUEL PUMP RELAY INSIDE VEHICLE/OTHER ONE IS ENGINE COMPARTMENT).
