1987 Volvo 740 fuel pumps not coming on

my fuel pumps dont seem to be coming on im not getting any fuel to the engine,where is the fuel pump relay located?thanks

located behind ashtray, in fuse box. you might also want to check you timing belt, it can cause no fuel if it is broken.
