Engine Mechanical problem
1992 Volvo 240 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 240000 miles
I'm not proud of this, but I let my beautiful 1992 240 sit for a year without driving it. It has 240,000 miles on it and I just put in a new battery to get it started again. It won't start, though the battery is fine. Someone is interested in buying it but I need to get it started. Any thoughts? (Yes, I do know it was a really dumb thing to do to let it sit.... ) Thank you very much!! Kate

Hi there,
You will have to get the fuel pressure checked as this may be a stuck or failed fuel pump, also have the spark checked as well, start here.
