1991 Volvo 240 Won't start

Hi. I happen to be an owner of a Volvo 240 1990 edition. I always encountered the same problem when it rained before. I always had it checked by a mechanic but it turned out always the same. Just recently, I had brought it to a different mechanic and told me that I had to change the heater core so that I wont be having problems warming my engine. Now, with my new Volvo heater core, I never had problem starting my car even when it rains. But still, try to bring it to an mechanic since they're the ones who knows best.
