Hi!

I have a strarting problem with my car: when the engine is at normal operating temperature sometimes if I want to start the engine the starter doesn't do anything. After 2-3 minutes the car starts perfectly.
Could it be the starter relay? The starter works perfect the battery is almost new.

Thank You

Peter

Does it click or nothing happens when the ignition is turned? Try a new relay and have the battery bench tested.

The starter doesn't click. Only thing I can hear is the fuel pump. I'll just try the the relay.

Thank You!

Hi!

It turned out that there is no starter relay in the manual transmisson version.
I changed the ignition switch and it fixed the problem.

Than You anyways.
