Hello,

Recently, my VW passat 2003 model has been making jacking noises and displaying Engine Check sign on the dashboard display, each time we changed the plugs or the coil that connects the plugs, it stops blinking. After some days it starts again. Only a particular plug position does that.

I am wondering if it is the valves that has a problem.

please educate me on what could be the problem.

Check engine light being On-it means the computer has identified a problem within the engine management system to find out the problem area-you need to have the computer scanned for code/s.
