Volkswagen Fox clutch replacement

Im needing to replace the clutch on my sons volks fox. The drive shafts dont slip out like on some other vehicles. So I think i'll have lift the motor, remove the frame below and drop the trans with the axels attached, before I proceed, is there an easier way (i dont have the 12 spline special socket to remove the bolts holding the axels in place)

Jack car up on jackstands disconect everything from transmission need 17mm 13mm 10mm 19mm and 8mmhex vw cv joint removal tool
unbolt transmission make sure everything is disconected from it oh you have to remove the exhaust to drop out from under vehicle remove clutch remove flywheel have flywheel turned at mashine shop make sure to torqe the flywheel bolts down and clutch bolts down to exact oem specifications

to remove the cv joints need specialty tool cost abot 8 bucks 8mm hex
