1998 volkswagon jetta gl 2.0 liter. problem is no voltage on fuse #18; this is for heated oxygen sensors, computer & fuel pump. I cannot determine where the power for this fuse originates from ( wiring diagram from mitchell OD not showing . ) Does it get powered from ignition switch, or does it come from somewhere else when key is turned on? This vehicle has 108,000 miles on it, and broke down the second time ( after ignition coil, fuel pump relay, fuel pump and some fuse was replaced ) after these parts were replaced, vehicle ran and drove 100 feet before being towed away. I need power at that circuit, but without it , we cannot run. HELP!
