1987 Other Volkswagen Models wont start

i have a 1987 vw cabriolet, we just changed the timing belt and put it in time. It wont start now has fuel, spark, air and will turn over but not fire. any suggestions would be great!

when you chagned the timing belt did you make sure the marks were lined up properly?
