1986 Other Volkswagen Models California smog test

My 1986 vw westfalia vanagon camper failed CA smog. It passed 1 year ago(only 3300 miles since) and I have not noticed any different performance since that time. At idle

1987 14.08 0.50 73.0 0.33

1988 10.90 2.80 242.0 2.34

Should these numbers tell me something about the problem? The 2500rpm #'s were about the same. Meas CO went down to 1.40
