2000 Volkswagen Jetta replacing fuel relay switch

Im having rough running engine problems, its seems like its not getting constant fuel flow, have a new fuel relay switch to instal as im pretty sure thats the problem( took it to vw dealer some time ago, said its going out) however, I dont know where it gets replaced at or what tools to use.
help!

Fuel pump relay is on the relay panel, under left side of dash. Just disconnect electrical connector to replace relay.

Thankyou for the indication of where fuel relay switch is located; however the rough running engine is a bad # 1 fuel injector problem.
They are separate problems. I appreciate your help nonetheless. Thanks again,
