Electrical problem
1999 Volkswagen Jetta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 100,00 miles

i pulled into a parking lot the other night and shut off the car. i realized the windows were open and went to turn the car back on to close them and the car wouldn't start. i still have lights and the radio works. what can it be. i checked the fuses located near the drivers side leg area and the fuses over the battery. the battery also was recharged, not the battery. are there any other fuse boxes?
