No one can test my starter. Normaly I would be confident in a starter repacement but this is different. It dose not seem to be drawing any power at all. No nothing but everything eles has power. I checked for a signal from the ignition switch and there is one at the starter when I turn the key but it still seams very strange. Most starters I have had go out at draw some current and click before going bad. No one in my town can check this starter on there equiptment it is disqualified by the test equipment. Can I still test it my self with 12v and some jumpers or is there a reason the parts stores commputer wont test it?

Try this short out the starter solenoid and see if it cranks the engine over if not replace it
