95 jetta desil 4 cyl 1.8 ltre turbo

i just got done replacing the water pump and as I was geting one of the bolts off from behind the lower timming belt, the pully jumped off so now my problem is the timming belt.

I cant put the pully back on with out stretching the belt. Is there a way to release tension so I can rap around all pully's?

And also im not sure how to put the belt back on as I know for a fact the pullys changed places, so I need to knw how to put in back in order.

95 should be able to move it without messing with tensioner. Be sure all marks are lined up before removing belt or damage could occur.Heres some pics to help

I only see the pic of one pully, is there marks for the other pully's?

I cant get the lower pully on when I try it is hard to make the belt rap around all.

Is there a way to also make it so the belt can go on with a tensioner.

I only see one tentioner and that is for the alernater belt.

I understand I can buy the book but I dont need to buy it only one time and on a need by need basis will I ever need info like this.

I can not seem to locate the marks on the pully's to line up with marks where they need to be lined up.

All I need is step by step instructions on each pully mark like where they are located on cam shaft pully and where to line up to?
