4 days ago while I was driving the anti-slip regulation light came on it was raining that day, and now the light wont go away is there a way I can fix this by myself.

Yes. But if the light is on there is a code stored in the ABS system. Find out what code is and then should be able to guide you a little better. Hard to diagnose without knowing what code is stored.
