2004 Volkswagen Beetle possible electrical issue, won't start

1 month ago the battery was replaced.
one of the front daylight headlights went out awhile back, but started working yesterday. However, today after work the car would not start. Not even click. None of the electrical components will work. A "Fuel Filler Cap" alert is displayed along with the "Battery".

Test the battery, if no electrical accessories work. Here's how tro test it.

It may have a parasitc drain thats killing the battery.
