2003 Volkswagen Beetle trouble codes

i have 2 codes that come up and cause my check engine light to come on.....po 236 & po 238...poertrain codes for turbo charger boost system and circuit sensor voltage high.. could you tell me what i'l have to do to fix this problem...hopefully just some sensor re[placement.....it happens whenever the car has been killed by stalling with the clutch..thanks ...Tom

Those are codes for the "air charge sensor" located on the intercooler (RF fender) unplug it and turn key on to check for ref voltage Term 1 - 3 should be 4.5 volts

beyond that it may be a bad controller or PCM or charge sensor if reference voltage is good
