2006 zafira 1.9 tdi intake air system leak

Don't know these engines but any induction leak will be treated the same way, ensure that you locate the leak, spray a little starter fluid and if you hit the leak the rev's will increase, normally a inlet gasket, if so, replace and ensure that all traces of the old gasket are removed from the head and the manifold.
