2000 Vauxhall Zafira ALTERNATOR AUTO TENSION SETTING

2000 Vauxhall Zafira 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 75000 miles

I Have installed a new alternator and belt, but i dont know how to set up the tension on the belt, i believe it is a n auto tension pulley and i can loosen the nut on the pulley but nothing happens after this, what do i need to do now?

there should be a slot in the tensioner where you put in an ALLEN KEY .. and tension up the belt then lock up the bolt !!

hi i have a 19mm bolt but that does not move enough to get the bolt back in position.
