2003 Vauxhall Vectra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 110000 miles
I HAVE A 2003 VAUXHALL VECTRA 2.2DTI.FITTED NEW MULTI V BELT AND TENSIONER.ON TICK OVER THE BELT VIBRATES AND THE TENSIONER ALSO AND MAKES A RUMBLING NOISE.HAD NEW CRANK PULLEY FITTED 16 MOUNTHS AGO.ALL OTHER PULLEYS FILL OK ANY IDEAS.

I would double check all other pulley's are good ?

Done that. All spin freely. Could the Pully's be warn where the belt uns on them?

Check for a bad alternator or A/C compressor .. this could be adding drag to the belt when hot causing the vibration ?
