2002 Vauxhall Vectra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Hi,i wonder if anyone can help me? the problum is how do a change the rear arm top bushes,i have undone 1 bolt on top of the hub,but it seems there is no room to get any tools for the 2nd bolt???? any ideas??? thanks.
