Vauxhall Other Repair Question

Total loss of power. fails to start at all
Was driving along and all of a sudden the car chugged, lost power and came to a halt. the car now won't even turn over. it is a vauxhall cavalier, k reg. can you help!!!!!!!!! :oops:

Start with battery power. Check that the battery has a good charge, the cables are clean and tight, and all fuses are intact.
