2000 Other Vauxhall Models my car is burning oil
2000 Other Vauxhall Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 44,000 miles
my astra bertone 2.2i is burning alot of oil i have put 5 litres of oil in it and about 200miles it has all been burnt away there are no leaks and its not dripping, it doesnt seem 2 smoke when i am driving but when i am stationary and rev the engine quite alot of blue smoke comes out,

Do an engine compression check both wet and dry tests, or a cylinder leakdown test to determine if its a valves/rings/cylinder wear
