1996 Other Vauxhall Models cooling fan speed

Engine Cooling problem
1996 Other Vauxhall Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 114000 miles

My Auxillary cooling fan on the front of the radiator is coming on at full speed at 90C. and more or less staying on for good. The fan used to first come on at half speed untill a higher temp when both aux and main would come on at full speed to cool the engine down.
I have replaced the fan switch on the radiator, the relays in the fuse box and the ceramic resistor in the fan line.
Any suggestions?
