My car struggled to start in the mornings, summer or winter, but once it started and drove it started immediately during the rest of the day. But lately when the car stays stationary for an hour or so is struggles to start, any time of day or season.

The other problem is I keep blowing front headlamps, never at the same time but I keep replacing headlamps every 2 to 4 months plus lately when I start the car one headlamp will stay of until the car starts moving and then goes on. Another thing is the odo meter sometimes stays off until you give it a light tap then it goes on.

Please help.

Replace the glow plugs. And add a good fuel addative to the tank to clean the injectors. The headlamp has a bad/loose wire somewhere !

Thanks Dave. Will keep you posted. Any Idea were to look for the loose wire in the headlamp? Would this cause both headlamps so blow every 2nd or 3rd month or so?
