2004 Vauxhall Corsa Two Wheel Drive Manual 31000 miles

hi i have a corsa cdti 1300 just had it MOTD and changed the oil and filter it seems to be making a grumbling noise when Im driving as if it is labouring there's nothing there when it sitting idle and i rev it up ANY IDEAS ?
