2001 Vauxhall Corsa

i have got a silver corsa. bought it from my friend. my friend tried to spray paint the car and it went wrong. there are patches of paint on the driver side body and looking odd. i have tried removing it using acetone, but it is taking a lot of time and bottles of acetone. is there any easy way to remove it? thanks
