1999 Vauxhall Corsa

My car has broken down twice and the breakdown service were able to get it going again by jump starting it. I'm unable to take it to the garage at the moment till I've saved up money to get it fixed but now it won't start at all. If I bought a jump start kit or batter re-charger do you think this would get it going to get it to the garage and would I have to remove battery from car to use it?

if the car runs all day after you have jump started it .. then the alterantor is working so replace the battery with new .. if it keeps going dead while driving .. replace the alternator !
