I had my head gasket replaced 6 months ago because of white creamy gunge on oil cap.I have reasently noticed this problem is still there. The car is running perfect and I am not losing any water from the cooling system . Can you please tell me if there is anything else that would cause this problem appart from the head gasket.
Thank you C. Hubble

Taste it would be the best way to see if its antifreeze or just moisture, if it doesnt taste sweet like antifreeze, then chances are its just moisture that has found its way into the crank case and when the vehicle is running it vaporizes and finds its way to your cap.

Try some seafoam for the crankcase after an oil change.
